About the project

Ride for your Rights! It's time to (ex)change your life was started by the Student Council of Campus Europae, and realized in close cooperation with the Erasmus Student Network. The project aims to promote Student Mobility, Active Citizenship and the strengthening of European Values.

Luxembourg - Brussels

The main focus of our organization, this Ride will be the longest and take many participants across Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, from May 26th to June 2nd.
Several events will be held, including exhibiting the Bike of Honour at the European Parliament and at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.

Tbilisi - Anaklia

Ride for your Rights! will also take place in Georgia, where a group will travel between Tbilisi to Anaklia, for the Georgian International Forum of Student Unions (GIFSU).

Szczecin - Greifswald

In another cross-border tour, Ride for your Rights! will see a group riding from Poland to Germany. Starting in Szczecin, the group will travel to Greifswald to take part in an event put together by ESN Germany.

Riga - Kudra

Ride for your Rights! returns to Latvia, after the fruitful visit in the summer of 2011. Meetings will be held to discuss Student Mobility and a bike ride will take a group from Riga to Kudra, in the Jurmala district.

Lodz - Katowice

Retracing part of the route of the 2011 edition, there will be a tour connecting the Polish cities of Lodz and Katowice. The riders will gather support for the Ride for your Rights! Manifesto, meet local authorities and hold a flag parade to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Erasmus program in Katowice.

Aveiro - Barra

In Portugal, a bike ride between Aveiro and the nearby beach of Barra, with several activities planned, will be included in the 25th anniversary celebrations of the Erasmus program at the University of Aveiro.
